Air Plan Disapproval; California; Interstate Transport of Air Pollution for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove California's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal regarding interstate transport of air pollution for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The EPA will establish a 2-year deadline to promulgate a Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) to address the interstate transport requirements.
