EPA Requests Public Comments on Proposed Determination to Restrict Pebble Mine Disposal Sites in Alaska

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 is seeking public input on a proposed rule to prohibit and restrict the use of certain waters in Alaska as disposal sites for mining waste from the Pebble deposit, a copper-gold-molybdenum mine in Southwest Alaska.
