EPA Withdraws Delegation of New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Arizona and California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule for Delegation of New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the States of Arizona and California, following public comments, and will take a final action in a separate rulemaking.
