EPA Proposes Approval of Mississippi State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Mississippi's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted in response to a 2015 call to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events.
