Notice of Funding Availability for Credit Assistance Under SWIFIA Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting letters of interest from prospective state infrastructure financing authority borrowers to access $1 billion in credit assistance and $2 billion in water infrastructure investment through the SWIFIA program, which was authorized by the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022.
