US EPA and USIBWC Prepare Draft PEIS for USMCA Mitigation of Contaminated Transboundary Flows Project

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and US International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) have released a Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Draft PEIS) for the proposed USMCA Mitigation of Contaminated Transboundary Flows Project, aiming to reduce untreated wastewater and pollution entering the US from Mexico via the Tijuana River.
