EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Clean Air Act Regulation Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is submitting an information collection request for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a current Clean Air Act regulation. The request, EPA ICR Number 1656.18, seeks to modify the list of regulated substances under the Clean Air Act and is currently approved through November 30, 2022.
