EPA Approves Delaware State Implementation Plan Revision to Reduce Sulfur Content in Fuel Oil

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the State of Delaware's state implementation plan (SIP) to reduce the maximum allowable sulfur content limit for distillate fuels and residential fuels, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
