EPA Grants Exclusion for Hazardous Waste

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a petition by Emerald Kalama Chemical, LLC to exclude up to 3,500 cubic yards of industrial wastewater biological solids from the list of Federal hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
