EPA Extends Comment Period for Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on revisions and confidentiality determinations for data elements under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, which was first published on June 21, 2022.
