EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted in response to a national call to address excess emissions during periods of Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM), which occurred on June 12, 2015.
