EPA Approves Michigan's Class II Underground Injection Control Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved Michigan's Class II Underground Injection Control Program for primacy, allowing the state to regulate oil and gas-related injection well activities and oversee its own administration of the program.
