US EPA Finalizes Improvements to Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Test Procedures

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to improve the Greenhouse gas Emissions Model (GEM) compliance tool for heavy-duty vehicles, aligning it with the original GEM version 3.0 used to establish CO2 standards for Model Years 2021 and later.
