EPA Corrects Final Rule on PFAS Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a correction to a final rule published on July 18, 2022, regarding the addition of certain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to the Toxics Release Inventory. The correction addresses errors in the preamble and amendatory instructions of the rule.
