EPA Exempts Oxirane Polymer from Tolerance Requirements

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Ethox Chemicals, LLC, allowing the use of oxirane, 2-methyl-, polymer with oxirane, di-(9Z)-9-octadecenoate in pesticide formulations without a tolerance limit, as requested under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
