EPA Approves Arizona's Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved an interim final determination for Arizona's air quality plan, deferring sanctions that were triggered by a previous partial disapproval in 2021, following the submission of a rule and other materials by the Maricopa County Air Quality Department.
