EPA Proposes Addition of Diisononyl Phthalate Category Under EPCRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed adding diisononyl phthalate (DINP) to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA).
