South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Requests Change in Delegation Mechanism for New Source Performance Standards

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) requested a change in its delegation mechanism for New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) from 'adopt-by-reference' to 'automatic' on September 23, 2021, to align with its existing 'automatic' delegation mechanism for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants rules, which was approved by EPA on January 17, 2022.
