Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Security Zone on Lower Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard is proposing a permanent security zone on the Lower Mississippi River from mile markers 94 to 97 above Head of Passes in New Orleans, Louisiana, to protect vessels and the public from sabotage and other threats.
