Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Drawbridge Operating Regulations for Okeechobee Waterway

The US Coast Guard is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the operating schedules of two bridges across the Okeechobee Waterway in Florida, in anticipation of passenger rail service on the FEC Railroad Bridge.
