DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver Application

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public comments on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection for the Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
