DHS Proposes Update to FEMA Non-Disaster Grant Management System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to modify and reissue a system of records titled 'Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)-004 Non-Disaster Grant Management Information Files System Records' to update routine uses and retention schedules, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
