The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is conducting quarterly meetings to implement a voluntary agreement with manufacturers to produce and distribute critical healthcare resources needed to respond to a pandemic, including medical gases, PPE, diagnostic test kits, medical devices, and drug products.
