FEMA Revises Public Assistance Program Regulations

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is updating its rules for the Public Assistance program, which provides grants to state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, as well as eligible private nonprofit organizations, for disaster relief efforts after a major disaster declaration.
