CFTC Corrects Final Rules on Customer Protections and Funds Held by Futures Commission Merchants and Derivatives Clearing Organizations

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is revising its customer protection rules, removing a phrase from two appendices, following the publication of final rules in the Federal Register on November 14, 2013, which took effect on January 13, 2014.
