Bureau of Land Management to Approve Land Conveyance to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation

The Bureau of Land Management will issue an appealable decision approving the transfer of surface and subsurface estates for certain lands in Alaska to Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, following a notice published in accordance with 43 CFR 2650.7(d).
