Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Bald Mountain Mine Plan of Operations Amendment

The Bureau of Land Management is initiating a 30-day public comment period to solicit public comments and identify potential issues for analysis for the Bald Mountain Mine Plan of Operations Amendment, also known as the Juniper Project, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
