Bureau of Land Management to Convey Lands to Native Corporations

The Bureau of Land Management will issue an appealable decision to approve the conveyance of surface estate in certain lands to Kongnikilnomuit Yuita Corporation for the Native village of Bill Moore's Slough, as part of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971 (ANCSA). The BLM will also convey the subsurface estate in the same lands to Calista Corporation at a later time.
