History Nebraska Completes Inventory of Human Remains, Requests Transfer of Control

History Nebraska has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, determining a cultural affiliation with present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of unmentioned tribes can submit a written request for transfer of control of the remains and objects.
