OSMRE Approves Amendment to Pennsylvania Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has approved an amendment to Pennsylvania's regulatory program, which includes revisions to regulations related to the beneficial use of coal ash at active surface coal mining sites, under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA).
