U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Renewal of Incidental Take Permit for Coastal California Gnatcatcher

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC to renew an incidental take permit for the threatened coastal California gnatcatcher, allowing for 5 additional years of take associated with the Monterey Park Market Place Project in Los Angeles County, California. The public is invited to comment on the application, which includes a low-effect habitat conservation plan.
