US Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Comments on Permit Application for Desert Tortoise Habitat
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from 8minute Solar Energy for an incidental take permit for the Desert Tortoise under the Endangered Species Act, and invites comments on a draft habitat conservation plan and environmental assessment for the Bellefield Solar Energy Project in Kern County, CA.
