National Park Service Announces Record of Decision for Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area General Management Plan

The National Park Service has made the Record of Decision for the General Management Plan of Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in Georgia publicly available, following approval by the Regional Director on December 15, 2009. The plan outlines the preferred alternative for managing the park, which will be implemented as soon as possible.
