Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Resource Management Plan for Redding and Arcata Field Offices

The Bureau of Land Management is announcing the start of a scoping process for a new Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for the Redding and Arcata Field Offices in California, following the National Environmental Policy Act and Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
