US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Environmental Assessment and Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan for Jordan Creek Wind Energy Center
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from NextEra Energy Resources LLC for an incidental take permit for its Jordan Creek Wind Energy Center in Indiana, which could authorize the incidental take of endangered and threatened bat species, and invites public comment on the application.
