USGS Publishes Final Environmental Assessment for Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center ARRA Funded Construction Projects

The USGS has released its Final Environmental Assessment for the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center ARRA funded construction projects, following a 7-day public comment period that received no comments, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
