U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Authorization for Nonlethal Incidental Take of Northern Sea Otters in Southeast Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to authorize nonlethal, incidental take by harassment of up to five northern sea otters from the Southeast Alaska stock between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, in response to a request from the U.S. Coast Guard for a floating dock expansion project in Ketchikan, Alaska.
