US Fish and Wildlife Service Issues Letters of Authorization for Marine Mammal Take in Alaska

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has issued Letters of Authorization for the non-lethal take of polar bears, Pacific walruses, and northern sea otters in Alaska, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, to minimize impacts from oil and gas industry activities.
