U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for San Bernardino Kangaroo Rat Habitat Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application for an incidental take permit to take the federally listed San Bernardino kangaroo rat under the Endangered Species Act, and is accepting comments on the permit application and proposed conservation plan for the Blossom Trails project in Highland, California.
