Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the Issuance of Annual Regulations Permitting the Hunting of Migratory Birds

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) for annual regulations permitting the hunting of migratory birds, analyzing management alternatives to address this issue. The public is invited to comment on the draft SEIS.
