U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on Draft Habitat Conservation Plan for Maricopa Sun Solar Complex

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft amended habitat conservation plan and environmental assessment for the Maricopa Sun Solar Complex, a project in Kern County, California, and invites public and agency comments on the documents before issuing a permit.
