BOEM Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Ocean Wind, LLC's Proposed Offshore Wind Project Off New Jersey

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has made available a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for Ocean Wind, LLC's proposed Ocean Wind 1 Offshore Wind Farm Project off New Jersey's coast. The public can review and comment on the DEIS until a final environmental impact statement (EIS) is published, which will inform BOEM's decision on the project's approval.
