Renewal of Incidental Take Permit for Florida Key Deer and Other Protected Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on a renewal application for an incidental take permit (ITP) for Monroe County, Florida, which would extend the permit's expiration date from June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2026, for the Florida Key deer, Lower Keys marsh rabbit, and eastern indigo snake.
