U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan for Endangered Mazama Pocket Gopher

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Thurston County Public Works for an incidental take permit to allow safety and infrastructure improvements in Washington, with a proposed habitat conservation plan to minimize impacts on the endangered Yelm subspecies of Mazama pocket gopher.
