U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Rescinds Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has rescinded a rule published on December 18, 2020, that established new regulations for excluding areas of critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. The rule, which went into effect on January 19, 2021, has been removed.
