US Forest Service Proposes Amendment to Northwest Forest Plan to Protect Northern Spotted Owl Habitat

The US Forest Service has proposed a Forest Plan Amendment to protect the habitat of the Northern Spotted Owl in California, Oregon, and Washington, as part of the Region 5 and Region 6 Forest Plan.
