FSIS Announces Renewal of Information Collection for Mechanically Tenderized Beef Products

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is renewing its approved information collection for labeling requirements of mechanically tenderized beef products, with no changes to the existing requirements, and the current approval set to expire on June 30, 2024.
