Stanford University Habitat Conservation Plan; Extension of Comment Period

The National Marine Fisheries Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are extending the comment period for a joint request to comment on a habitat conservation plan, draft environmental impact statement, and implementing agreement by 45 days, following a request from four organizations and individuals.
