Changes Related to Reserve Account Administration in Multi-Family Housing (MFH) Direct Loan Programs

The Rural Housing Service (RHS), a department of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), is updating its regulations to increase flexibility in refinancing projects for additional capital improvements at Multi-Family Housing (MFH) properties, including those under the Rural Rental Housing (RRH) and Farm Labor Housing (FLH) programs.
