Bayer to Make Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Plant Risk Assessment Available for Public Review

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has prepared a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) and draft plant pest risk assessment (PPRA) for a petition to grant nonregulated status to genetically engineered maize resistant to dicamba, glufosinate, quizalofop, and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, with tissue-specific glyphosate resistance, and is making these documents available for public review and comment.
